Welcome to the Bon Soo Winter Carnival
Come play it cool with us.
Dreamed up in 1963 and officially launched in 1964, Bon Soo has been bringing winter magic to Sault Ste. Marie ever since! Powered by passionate volunteers, this frosty celebration has grown into Northern Ontario’s largest winter carnival, packed with unforgettable fun, community spirit and memories for all ages!
Thank you.
The Coolest Carnival. The Best Community.
Bon Soo wouldn't be possible without the incredible support of our sponsors. Their generosity helps bring winter magic to life, creating unforgettable experiences, bringing our community together and keeping the spirit of Bon Soo alive year after year.
Thank you for helping Sault Ste. Marie PLAY IT COOL! Stay tuned for our 2027 sponsors.
